Overview

This is the privacy policy for the La Perrada del Gordo link page (the “Site”). The Site is a simple digital business card: it shows our logo and gives you quick links to our review page, Instagram, Facebook, website and email. We keep it that way on purpose and collect as little information as possible.

Information we collect

The Site does not have accounts, forms, comments, payments or analytics tools, and it does not ask you for personal information. We do not knowingly collect names, phone numbers, addresses or payment details through the Site.

• Cookie choice: if you use the cookie banner, your choice is saved only in your own browser (local storage) so we do not ask you again. It is not sent to us.
• Email: if you write to us at Jaen@gordoburger.com, we receive the information you include in your message and use it only to answer you.

Hosting and technical data

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time to deliver the page and keep it secure. The Site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the fonts are requested. These providers handle that data under their own privacy policies.

Links to other websites

The Site links to services we do not control: Google (reviews), Instagram, Facebook and our website at gordoburger.com. When you open one of these links you leave this Site, and their privacy practices apply. Please read their policies before sharing personal information.

How we use information

Any information you send us by email is used only to reply to you and to run our business. We do not sell your information or use the Site for advertising or profiling.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, such as asking what we hold, or asking us to correct or delete it. To make a request, email us at Jaen@gordoburger.com. You can also clear the Site’s local storage in your browser at any time, or use the “Cookie settings” button in the footer.

Children

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
